From 1 June 2026 onwards, Lexon precedents will be offered exclusively in their non-automated format and will no longer be offered in automated format. Please note that your access to Lexon precedents through the Smokeball Precedent Library remains unaffected by this change.
If you wish to retain any existing Lexon automated precedents, you may create a copy by right-clicking and dragging the precedent into your desired folder, then selecting “Copy here” before 1 June 2026. Any future updates to those precedents will need to be maintained independently by your firm.
