Adding Branches to Contacts


  1. Click the Contact's tab down the left hand panel of the home screen and create a 'new contact'. Click 'Firm/Business/Organisation' and type in the businesses details before clicking "Advanced view".
  2. Type in the Branch.
  3. You will now see the branch reflected in the contact list.


Although it makes reference to the branch in the contact list, it will not reflect this when creating letters and precedents. See below for an example;
