A document as proof of a Trust payment can be generated once the transaction has been processed by simply ensuring the checkbox at the bottom of the Trust Payment window is checked.
Once you click process on the Trust Payment screen, the Trust Payment Detail PDF will be generated. See below example.
You can then print or download the PDF via the options in the top right hand corner of the screen
Re-Print after closing or not generating
You can also reprint the Trust Payment Detail from the Transaction list by clicking on the three dots, then selecting the Print Detail option.
Automatically open print detail
If you want a Print Detail to open every time you create a payment, you can enable this by checking the below option under Firm Settings > Trust > Trust Account Settings
