Mobile App Leads

Learn how to create leads on the Smokeball Mobile App, allowing you to capture new enquiries directly from your mobile device.

Creating a Lead

To record a lead:

1. Select the (Arrow) button on the bottom of the screen and then select Leads.

   

2. Select the Plus icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

   

3. Enter the lead details. You must enter a Client and a Lead Type in order to save the lead.

   

   You can also enter the following optional information:

   • Person Responsible

   • Referrer Type (e.g., Referrer or Originating Attorney depending on your region)

   • Referrer

   • Billing Type

   • Billing Estimate (if applicable)

4. Once you have finished recording the lead, select Add.

   

Good to Know

• You cannot convert a Lead to a Matter on the Smokeball Mobile App. Instead, use the Smokeball Desktop App to do this.
• You cannot create Matters on the Smokeball Mobile App.
