Learn how to send a request to your client to add funds to their trust account. Trust deposit requests allow your client to make a deposit via credit card at their own convenience.
Before you begin
Ensure that your firm has set up Stripe credit card payments. Your client will make their trust deposit payment through a secure payment portal powered by Stripe.

- Select Email Templates from the left menu, then select Deposit Requests.
- Make your desired changes to the Email Subject and Email Body, using the placeholder drop-down menus to insert dynamic information such as debtor name and amount requested.
- Select Send a copy of the email to the user if you wish to do so.
