Version 8.16 of Smokeball introduces the following refinements and bug fixes to the desktop app.
Refinements
- You will now receive an additional notification for outstanding intake forms when attempting to convert a lead to a matter.
- You can now link safe custody records in Smokeball directly to a file that is stored on a local network drive.
- You can now add an individual's Corrections Reference Number against a contact card.
- You can now add an individual's Centrelink Reference Number against a contact card.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the "Phone" field in InfoTrack was being populated with the contact's Home Phone number listed in Smokeball instead of their Mobile number.
- If the Home Phone number field is empty and there is a Mobile number saved in Smokeball, the "Phone" field in InfoTrack forms (i.e. SignIt) will be populated with the Mobile number.
- If the Home Phone number field is not empty in Smokeball, then the "Phone" field in InfoTrack forms will be populated with the Home Phone number.
- Fixed an issue where emails were disappearing from a matter if they had the same subject line, contents and attachments to another email.
