Creating a 'Working or Skilled Visa' Matter
To create a new 'Working or Skilled Visa' matter, follow the steps below.
- Select Immigration > Working or Skilled Visa > Next.
- Enter the Applicant's details. Ensure that you click on the Advanced view and enter the Additional Details, including General Details, Birth Details, Citizenship and Nationality Details and Passport Details.
- Next, enter the Visa Details.
- Enter the details for all other relevant contact cards on your matter, including Employer and the Department of Home Affairs.
Change a General Matter to a Working or Skilled Visa Matter
To change an existing General matter to a Working or Skilled Visa matter, Double-Click on 'Matter Type', enter the Reason For Change, select change, select Working or Skilled Visa , then press OK.
