Creating a 'Judicial Review' Matter
To create a new 'Judicial Review' matter, follow the steps below.
1. Select Immigration > Judicial Review > Next.
2. Enter the Applicant's and Respondent's details. Ensure that you click on the Advanced view and enter the Additional Details, including General Details, Birth Details, Citizenship and Nationality Details and Passport Details.
3. Next, enter the Visa Details. Select the dropdown 'type' to see all the available Visa types.
4. Enter Case Details on your matter.
5. Open Precedent Library and note available precedents and shortcuts to the Department of Home Affairs forms.
Change a General Matter to a Judicial Review Matter
To change an existing General matter to a Judicial Review matter, Double-Click on 'Matter Type', enter the Reason For Change, select change, select Judicial Review , then press OK.
