Creating a 'Merits Review' Matter
To create a new 'Merits Review' matter, follow the steps below.
1. Select Immigration > Merits Review > Next.
2. Enter the Applicant's details. Ensure that you click on the Advanced view and enter the Additional Details, including General Details, Birth Details, Citizenship and Nationality Details and Passport Details.
3. Next, enter the Visa Details. Select the dropdown 'type' to see all the available Visa types.
4. Enter Tribunal Details on your matter.
5. Open Precedent Library and note available precedents and shortcuts to the Department of Home Affairs forms.
Change a General Matter to a Merits Review Matter
To change an existing General matter to a Merits Review matter, Double-Click on 'Matter Type', enter the Reason For Change, select change, select Merits Review , then press OK.
