Learn how to use the Florida Financial Affidavit smart form in FamilyPro to prepare and share this mandatory Florida family law court form with your clients.
Instead of manually transferring financial data from multiple sources into the form, the smart form automatically pulls in information already entered in your matter's Balance Sheet Intake and Balance Sheet. Clients can then review and complete any remaining sections online at their own pace.
Once complete, the affidavit downloads as a Word document and saves directly to the Smokeball matter.
Accessing and saving the Florida Financial Affidavit

Good to Know
- If you update the Balance Sheet or Balance Sheet Intake after generating the affidavit, you’ll need to access and download the updated version.
- If you need to edit the affidavit after downloading it from FamilyPro, you can do so in Word as it's downloaded as a Word document. However these edits will not save back to the Smokeball matter.
