Child Support and Spousal Support are available on Pre Decree, Post Decree, and Parentage matter types. When working in Custody or Support & Visitation matter types, Support Details will only include Child Support.
How to use Support Details
- Open Support Details to access Child Support or Spousal Support.
- Enter whether your client is the obligee or obligor and other relevant information.
- You can utilize Support Details for temporary support by checking the temporary box.
- You can utilize Support Details for temporary support by checking the temporary box.
- All fields under Support Details are available to be used in templates in Smokeball's Forms & Templates Library.
