If you are experiencing issues with the Smokeball mobile app, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Force close the Smokeball mobile app and relaunch it.
- Log out and log back into the app.
- Log out of the app and install any available software updates on your mobile device. Restart your device and log back into the app.

[For iOS devices] Navigate to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Select Smokeball from the list of apps, then select Offload App.
Then, delete the Smokeball mobile app and redownload it from the App Store.
