Regarding Stripe payments made on 29-30th April 2025
Between 29/04/2025 and 30/04/2025 an issue occurred where payments made to invoices via Stripe did not appear in Smokeball. The issue has since been fixed, however you may need to manually add the transaction in Smokeball. Follow these steps to resolve it.
2FA Setup Deadline Extended
The deadline to set up Two Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Smokeball account has been extended to May 31, 2026. Enable now to avoid login issues after this date, and to keep your data secure.
