By default, you cannot move files out of the base form suites in the Smokeball Forms & Templates library to another folder. Base form suites are denoted by a white rectangle in the upper-right corner of their folder icons.
If you need to move a file from a base form suite, follow this workaround:
- Right-click, hold, and drag the form/folder you wish to move from the base suite to the new destination folder.
- Select Copy Here.
- Optional: Delete the original copy of the file in the base form suite.

Did You Know
You can copy a form you create from one state to another by selecting Show all form suites on the Form Library Window and then moving the form to the desired state with the folder directory in the left pane.
You must right-click on the form you wish to move and hold the right-click button down before dragging it to the destination folder. Release the right-click button and then select Copy Here.
If the form was originally in the wrong state, you can right-click on the form in the state you copied it from and select Delete.
