Time Adjustments - Summary Report

Use the Time Adjustments - Summary Report to view:

• Written off time entries
• Time entries where the duration is different between Time Worked and Time Billed

To access this report:

1. Navigate to Reports in the Smokeball Web App.
2. Select the Time Adjustments - Summary report from the list of reports.

• The Write Down Duration column shows the difference between Time Worked and Time Billed, if Time Billed is less than Time Worked.
• The Write Up Duration column shows the difference between Time Worked and Time Billed, if Time Billed is more than Time Worked.
• The Write Off Duration column displays the duration of fees that have been written off, as a negative value.

Notes:

• This report will only show entries after 19th September 2024.
• Discounts and surcharges do not affect this report.
• Value columns are calculated based on the current rate on the time entry.

• Grouped time entries where any entry is billable will always show on the report and non-billables will be treated as adjustments.
