Create a new Matter or Matter Template

Create a New Contact

You can create a new contact from here even before you have created a matter for them. To learn more about this functionality, please visit Contacts.

Create a New Calendar Event

You can create new events here that may not have a related matter set up as yet. To learn more about this functionality, please visit Events.

Create a new Task

You can create new tasks from the main screen without having to find the matter first. To learn more about this functionality, please visit Tasks.

Create a new Phone message

Phone messages are a very popular tool within Smokeball and make it very easy to manage your inbound messages. To learn more about this functionality, please visit Phone Messages.

Create a new activity

Activities are used to keep a record of your day to day actions throughout the life of a matter and can also be utilised to automate your time billing. To learn more about this functionality, please visit Activity intelligence .

Access to Smokeball Billing

This tab will take you straight to your Smokeball Billing account.

Access to Auto:Time

Auto:Time is a Smokeball feature that will allow the user to automatically generate time billing based on their activity within a matter.
